


Semi-integral Takedown Chefs Knife
A unique take on a takedown knife, designed for the kitchen. The blade forged out of a single piece of Japanese blue paper#1 steel, a fan favorite Japanese steel most common in Chefs knives. The tang goes all the way through the handle, then threaded to fit a hand turned titanium lock nuts. Loosening and taking off the nut allows the user to take the blade out of the handle for ease of maintenance.
