A small take on a semi traditional Japanese Santoku, with the blade shape having the classic dropped point and a handle shape that resembles the classic Wa style of Japanese knives. This blade is constructed of Balbach Stainless Damascus and the handle give a good bit of character with a hybrid resin pour to stabilize the beautiful stabilized maple burl.
